Appointments and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Estimates and Pricing

We offer competitive service charge fees to cover drive time and technician time.

Final pricing may vary based on diagnosis, parts needed, and scope of work.

All quotes will be provided prior to beginning any repair work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Warranty

We offer a 90-day warranty on labor and parts provided by ACME Appliance Service.

Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or neglect after service.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the appliance and its issues.

If additional services are required, they will be discussed and quoted prior to work continuing.

Pre-existing damage to appliances or surrounding property.

Loss of food, data, or income due to appliance failure.

Incidental or consequential damages beyond the cost of service performed.
